Reminder: Spring Plant SaleNext Saturday, November 8thWe are all set for our plant sale at the Rotary Community Market next weekend. Many of the plants for sale were taken as cuttings from the Kyneton Botanic Gardens during autumn, propagated, potted up and grown on by the team of volunteers working at the Depot each month. So you too can have a little bit of the KBG in your garden at home!There are plenty of `old favourites’ on offer but we also have some unusual and rare plants as well. For example, if you’ve been craving a `Blood lily’ or `Ox tongue’ - Heamanthus coccineus - you will find them at our stall! What about a `Bloody Mary’ - Rodgersia pinnata - a new perennial cultivar with spectacular foliage? We also have Epimediums, including `Rose Queen’, `Bandit’ and `Frohnleiten’, for your woodland areas and a selection of beautiful Acer varieties. And for all the hellebore lovers out there we are delighted to offer a vast array of Post Office Farm Nursery plants once again. Thank you to Peter Leigh for this amazing donation!
